Throughout his career, he has worked extensively on complex, multi-year investigations, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges investigators face when managing large volumes of information.

He founded Case Intelligence Assistant to address these challenges, focusing on tools that enhance investigative reasoning, improve efficiency, and support better case outcomes while maintaining full transparency and evidentiary integrity.

Troy Hadland is Vice President of Operations at Case Intelligence Assistant, driving business development, operational execution, and strategic growth. A former RCMP officer with 27 years of service, he brings frontline and leadership experience across detachment operations, general investigations, Internet Child Exploitation, and conduct investigations. Troy provides practical, frontline insight driven from complex investigations, leadership oversight, and institutional accountability.

He focuses on product operational and deployment readiness to position CiA for successful adoption across investigative and public-sector environments.
